Product Authenticity & Warranty
At ApniCare, we believe in delivering 100% original, authentic, and high-quality skincare and beauty products. From whitening injections to derma-cosmetics and wellness essentials, every item we sell is sourced from verified suppliers, authorized distributors, and trusted manufacturers.
We understand that when it comes to skincare and health-related products, authenticity matters the most. This is why we do not compromise on quality or originality.
1) Authenticity Guarantee

All products are genuine and factory-sealed at the time of delivery.

Each product comes with batch numbers, manufacturer details, and expiry dates clearly mentioned on the packaging.

ApniCare does not deal in counterfeit, expired, or refurbished products.

For whitening injections, beauty injections, or medical-grade skincare items, you can verify authenticity through the manufacturer’s official website or batch verification system (if, where available).
2) Warranty & Claim Process
To make your shopping worry-free, ApniCare offers limited warranties on specific products (whitening injections, serums, electronic skincare devices, and appliances).

Inspection first: If a product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please notify us on the same day of delivery.

Our quality assurance team will review your complaint. If it is found valid, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under our policy.

Warranty does not apply to issues caused by misuse, improper storage, or personal preference.
3) What is Covered under Warranty

Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).

Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken vial, damaged packaging, leakage upon delivery).

Expired or near-expiry product received (within 30 days of expiry).

Device or skincare appliance malfunction (if covered under manufacturer warranty).
4) What is NOT Covered under Warranty
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are not covered:

Opened, used, or partially consumed whitening injections, creams, or serums.

Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, sunlight, or freezing).

Physical damage caused after delivery (breakage, leakage, spillage).

Products without original packaging, batch numbers, or invoice.

Items purchased during promotions, free gifts, or bundled offers.

Misuse of injectable products without professional guidance (we strongly advise consulting a certified dermatologist or practitioner).
5) How to Claim Warranty
To claim a warranty or report an authenticity concern:

Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, product photos, and invoice.

Our team will inspect the complaint. If approved, the product may be replaced or refunded as per our policy.

Customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges, unless the fault is on ApniCare’s side (wrong or damaged item sent).
6) Important Notes

Authenticity Seal: Warranty is valid only if the product seal and packaging are intact at the time of return.

Invoice Required: Please keep your invoice and original packaging safe.

Limited Warranty Period: Warranties are valid only for the time specified by the manufacturer or within 7 days of delivery (for replacement/return).

Manufacturer Decision: In some cases, the manufacturer may decide whether to repair, replace, or reject a claim.
