Refund policy

At ApniCare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide genuine skincare and healthcare products that meet strict quality standards. However, if you face any issue with your order, you may be eligible for a 7-day return or exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

1) Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To request a return, please send the parcel back to us through M&P, LEOPARD OR TCS or any reliable courier service, along with the original invoice/bill.
  • All items must be:
    • Unused and unopened
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as delivered

Important Notes:

  • If a product is damaged, incomplete, or with wrong specifications, please notify us on the same day of delivery through WhatsApp or email. Delayed complaints will not be entertained.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2) Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges (both sides) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is on ApniCare’s side (wrong or damaged item sent).
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, within 7–14 working days after approval.

3) Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product/model (if available).
  • We do not exchange products simply due to change of mind or personal preference.
