Shipping policy

At apnicare.pk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment/confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days depending on your city/region.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

Delays

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. apnicare.pk is not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within Pakistan.

1) Cash on Delivery (COD)

To serve our valued customers nationwide, ApniCare.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. This means you can pay once the product arrives at your doorstep.

  • For COD orders, advance payment of 10–50% of the total bill may be required, depending on the product’s value and category.

  • After order confirmation, your parcel is dispatched and delivered through our trusted courier partners within 2–5 working days.

  • Please note: COD payments are only accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2) Bank Transfer / Online Payment

For a faster and more secure checkout, you can transfer the payment directly into our official bank account. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped without delay.

💳 Bank details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

3) EasyPaisa / JazzCash

To make online payments simple and accessible for everyone, ApniCare.pk also accepts EasyPaisa and JazzCash transfers. After placing your order, our representative will provide you with the account details for smooth processing.

4) Advance Payment for Bulk/High-Value Orders

For bulk orders or high-value skincare products such as whitening injection packages, an advance payment is required. This ensures that your reserved products are shipped securely and on time.
